Steph Allison

Office Manager

Steph joined the ODI in January 2017 as Office Manager. At the ODI, Steph is in charge of the smooth running of the office, HR and recruitment and organising office-related fun.

Steph studied Spanish and Business at Newcastle University and spent a year abroad studying in Granada, Spain. After graduating (and some travelling in South America), she spent three years working in Finance at Procter and Gamble in Newcastle.

Steph then moved to London to work for Canada Life based in their HR team where she was responsible for Internal Communications, Events and Employee Engagement. Before joining the ODI, Steph worked as Operations Director for a small catering company, delivering delicious food to offices and events around London.

Steph loves travelling, trying new restaurants, music festivals and exploring London.
